That does look like bloody show but at 6 weeks early I would call my doctor and see how they want to proceed.

I’d recommend calling your doctor & see if they want you to come in. My doctor told me if I have a bloody show but not contracting regularly/consistently, there’s no need to come in and would likely get sent back home (:
