Feeling horrible
I’m having horrible dizzy spells I drove my kids to school yesterday and my vision out of nowhere looked like I was buzzed I could not see straight it was twice and while I’m at home also and today as well I’m walking and all sudden feels like I’m going to fall I get dizzy out of nowhere I feel out of body and I feel like this horrible exhaustion that isn’t the norm exhaustion it’s hard to explain
