Loss and new pregnacy

So i took some test my levels where at zero but can it be too early to start seeing a positive i just lost my baby at 7 weeks had a dnc me and my boyfriend started trying again can this be real its just a crazy feeling because when i lost my son in 2018 it took me 2 years when i got pregnant again what does it look like i can see the lines in person and they have color to them i hate how its hard to tell iam scared if this is a new pregnacy
