I peed on all the sticks when I missed my period and they all read positive. My boobs began to swell and became tender and I started to feel nauseous most days and evenings.

Yesterday I went in to see my baby for the first time on the ultrasound screen. The baby would be 8 weeks old. I could see a big beautiful healthy empty sack and nothing more.

Apparently my body thinks it is pregnant in a condition called blighted ovum. There is no baby inside. Waiting to miscarry my sack feels terrible. I’m glad no baby died but it’s still sad knowing I have a void in my body. Not to mention all the pregnancy symptoms.
