Ttc stage 3 endo post lap

I had a laparoscopy almost 6 months ago and confirmed stage 3 endo and had it excised by a specialist, I only have one tube and it is open, we tried naturally after surgery, last month we did iui with letrozol and that failed, currently doing second iui with injectables and trigger, thinking we might have to move to ivf it this is unsuccessful, I’m 30 we’ve been trying for our first for over 4 years, before being diagnosed I did 7 iuis one worked but was ectopic, then 3 rounds of ivf which all failed. My husband’s sperm is great so that’s not the issue. I hoped the surgery would help us finally start our family but starting to feel defeated. Has anyone had a similar story and finally conceived?
