I had a laparoscopy almost 6 months ago and confirmed stage 3 endo and had it excised by a specialist, I only have one tube and it is open, we tried naturally after surgery, last month we did <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> with letrozol and that failed, currently doing second <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> with injectables and trigger, thinking we might have to move to <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> it this is unsuccessful, I’m 30 we’ve been trying for our first for over 4 years, before being diagnosed I did 7 iuis one worked but was ectopic, then 3 rounds of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> which all failed. My husband’s sperm is great so that’s not the issue. I hoped the surgery would help us finally start our family but starting to feel defeated. Has anyone had a similar story and finally conceived?
