Braxton Hicks - At what point should I be concerned?

Hey ladies,
I have had 4 Braxton hicks within the past hour. I know Braxton hicks are common in the third trimester but at what point should I be worried? I’m currently 29w2d.

This is my 4th pregnancy. I've always been told if braxton hicks become regular, last longer than 6 hours with them coming every few minute irregularly, and laying down/eating/drinking a ton of water doesn't stop them then to go in. I've been dealing with braxton hicks for 10 weeks now. They come and go.

As long as it’s not regular contractions and you haven’t had any fluid loss, you’re good

I had a few as well i googled of course it said lying down trying to sleep it off is definitely a good remedy and I can vouch it for sure !!!! It helps !!!!

You may want to call your doctor at that point just to be safe. 
Some things that can cause Braxton hicks contractions are dehydration, having a full bladder, over-exertion, so keep an eye on those. I’ve found that laying down helps as well

Drink water, rest, and if they continue then trust your gut and call your dr.

I would call my doctor and let her know. Also, my doctor said try and drink a lot of water because some of them may come because of dehydration but also, if they’re painful I would go get seen just in case.
