TMI but I need help!

I’m currently 10 weeks and 4 days pregnant and since I found out I was pregnant I’ve had and uncomfortable and itchiness sensation coming from downstairs. My doctor has tested me for every std and every sti and everything has come back negative! Has anyone else experienced this??
