If they waited a few hours after drinking then yes. Alcohol wears off. If they pounded a few beers & tried to leave right away that's just irresponsible.

Not no, but hell no. I will not let anyone drive with me in the car while they are intoxicated. Honestly I would hope they would have enough respect for me not to do so anyways.
