Ok Iam 29 weeks pregnant Iam leaking pre milk so much Iam soaking my shirt and my breast are hurting from being full I decided to collect some of it I ended up collecting 25 ml of it I know I shouldn’t do it often because they said I could go into preterm labor but my ob said it was ok to hand express some I was wondering what’s the best way to storage it and how often would you actually hand express i thought maybe once a week or something if it was hurting my Brest to much would that be to much to do ?
