6/7 DPO cramps

I had cramping, paired with lower back pain, last about an hour the morning and evening on 6 DPO. Then this morning, 7 DPO, I woke up with cramps again, but they only last about an hour. They feel like dull but painful period cramps. This evening I’m having just a dull “feeling” in my lower belly on the right side. I’ve already had a BM. It’s still one week until AF. Anyone else have symptoms like this and it turned out to be pregnancy? This is my first time TTC. Thanks!
