What did your LH strips look like after giving birth before you got your period?

If you have sex postpartum after healing and your period has not returned yet…how did you track your ovulation?

I’ve been testing every morning this week and it’s been negative but I just want to make sure that what I am seeing is reliable…

Will the LH test show peak when I am ovulating even if my period has not returned yet?

I am exclusively breastfeeding so I am not sure when my period will return this time around. I exclusively breastfeed my daughter and my period came back before my 6 wk appointment.
