Has anyone’s period been late when counting DPO?

Question

My period always comes 14/15 DPO no matter how long my cycle is. Does anyone else track their period this way? 
My period is now 3 days late (17DPO/CD30) and no BFP
Update: I would assume I had a nonviable pregnancy. CD32 I got the faintest positive test. Then 30 mins later I started bleeding :/

You most likely ovulated later than you estimated. By 17dpo youd have a positive. How do you track ovulation.
