Sick toddler - HELP

I need help 😫 my 2 year old son has been acting lethargic since 3p yesterday. He was fine in the morning, then he took a nap until 3, and when he woke up he had a fever randomly. He’s slow blinking, he’s jumpy, & has had diarrhea for 3 days. We took him to urgent care & they said that it can possibly be the flu. Their advice was to make sure he stays hydrated. He’s not trying to eat anything & barely wants to drink water. He’s had motrin yesterday & this morning. Idk what else to do. How do yall make your sick kids eat/drink? Also, what foods should I try to give him to make him feel better?
