Just wondering if someone can make sense of this for me

I had bleeding 14-18th December - it was quite light but it was when my period was due so classed it as my period

I took a early pregnancy test Monday 8th It came back pregnant, I did a clear blue weeks indicator pregnancy test today and it says 3+ weeks which means 5+ weeks pregnant

I’m just confused how I can be that far along if I had my period on the 14th December. Would it mean I had an early ovulation and ovulations as soon as my period ended. It wasn’t an overly heavy period but was at when my period was due and the bleeding lasted for 4/5 days.

I was expecting 1-2 weeks maybe 2-3 weeks on the test!
