Hi guys! So I’ve been cramping since 4 dpo but it was light twinges and aches I’m not sure if it was from my ovulation because I started getting period like cramps but mild on the 10th and they lasted till yesterday the 13th and so far I haven’t felt anything today really and tmi but I’ve been constipated and usually around my period I get diarrhea like a week or 5 days before my period and my app says I’m supposed to start my period the 17th so I’m not sure why I’m constipated. Could the mild period like cramps be implantation? It just doesn’t make sense why I would be having light twinges at 4 dpo
