Pregnancy of unknown location

I went today for a very early viability scan and I think it was a very bad idea to do so. FYI: LMP 28 of November however I track my cycle using LH strips and bbt and only got a positive LH strip on the 22nd of December. I confirmed pregnancy by urine HCG 5th of January and today I still had a positive pregnancy test. Yesterday I tested with a digital clearblue and had “pregnant 1-2”. The sonographer said that my endometrium looks pregnant (10.6mm thick) that both ovaries are normal, that I have a corpus luteum and that she could not see signs of ectopic pregnancy however she couldn’t see a sac at all in my uterus. So, there are three possibilities: either I’m way to early into my pregnancy (I think I might have implanted on or around 4-5 January) or that I miscarried or that it is ectopic. I am so incredibly anxious right now. I have all the good signs: very mild dull cramping, no bleeding, achy boobs but nothing to be seen … has anyone been in this position and had a normal pregnancy in the end?? I wish I had waited longer to scan ….
