I’m almost 13 weeks pregnant. First pregnancy so I’m still learning what things feel like. I currently have a sinus infection that I’m not treating at the moment until I can get to my doctor on Monday. I’ve started having this pain in my lower abdomen. It’s not cramps it’s like a sore achy pain. Could it be round ligament pain this early? Or could it be from the amount of times I’ve been sneezing. I’m trying not call the dr every time something feels weird.
