Bleeding 8 weeks

I had some bright red bleeding around 6 weeks but it went away fast and my doctor wasn’t concerned. This week I had some very very light dark drown spotting. Tonight I was dtd with my husband for the first time in weeks because we were nervous from the spotting and I’ve been bleeding this brown old blood since. We saw the baby at a boutique place last week because I couldn’t stand waiting another week to check on baby. Baby had a healthy heartbeat and everything looked fine. I go to the doctor for an ultrasound for the first time tomorrow morning. Just trying to get some reassurance before my appointment tomorrow.
