Different brand interchangeably

I ran out of my birth control pack a day early because I accidentally took two pills one day, so I was short a pill. For the last day of my pack I only had pills left from my previous brand. The medication is the same just a different brand. Will they have the same effectiveness? Am I at a higher risk of getting pregnant?
