1st Period for a while

So im kinda new to this app my friend recommended this app to me so iv not had a proper period for 11 years due to having implants most of my life i had a baby in 2013 iv never had regular periods ever and i had my implant out like i think about 2 years ago and this Saturday i started a heavy period which was so bad it went through my pants and the cramps and pain was horrible but im so glad im back to normal i think?
