I had some vegetable egg rolls in my freezer and put one in the air fryer. Somehow the sauce packet ended up in there with it i literally have no idea how but I didn’t notice until the egg roll was done. I tried finding out what the sauce packet was made of but I can’t find it but it’s some kind of plastic and it didn’t seem to melt at all but it did break open and make a mess in the air fryer. The egg roll wasn’t touching the plastic or anything of the sauce that spilled so I still ate it and honestly forgot that melted plastic is carcinogenic and I shouldn’t have eaten it. Do you think I’ll be okay? And will the air fryer be okay if I clean it if the packet didn’t seem to melt at all?
