Boobs stopped hurting ??!

I am currently 4 weeks and 2 days . For the past two days my boobs have hurt along with my nipples . Today I woke up and they don’t hurt anymore . I’m so scared this means I’ll miscarry. Picture of progression tests last one taken last night

It’s normal. I’m currently 27 weeks. In the early first trimester my boobs would be sensitive one day and then not the next

Totally normal. With my first I had allll the symptoms my entire first trimester. This time around I hardly have any symptoms and if I do have any, they come and go. I was freaked out too because feeling like crap give us peace of mind lol but it’s totally normal for them to come and go!

Mine let up and so did my other symptoms. I worried like crazy but it's back now and worse than before! Google told me it was normal to have fluctuations of symptoms.
