Just changed my little girls nappy and noticed this little rash on her leg, she has a similar one on her chin that I thought was a dribble rash as she is teething, what could this be? It only appeared this afternoon, could it be caused by her wee/poo? She recently had the rotavirus vaccine so her poo has been more watery than usual and she usually goes through the nappy atm could that be why? It just feels quite dry/rough
