Chronic constipation remedies?

I need something to completely clear me out. All drs ever recommend is mirlax and it doesn’t do a thing. I’ve tried senna, aloe juice, juicing, magnesium, drinking ALOT, etc and nothing has helped. It’s been chronic for about a year any suggestions?

Phillips is way better than miralax. Get the Phillips liquid and take a large dose of that and drink plenty of water. From someone with lifeline, constipation who has had to be hospitalized for it , I guarantee this works!! Also saline enemas can be a great tool when you are really backed up (not fun but read the directions and do it properly and they can help). FYI nothing else ever worked for me including large doses of senna, miralax, etc.

Liquid enema you squirt it up the rear 15 minutes or less you got a volcano coming out.

Have you tried colace? It is the only thing that works for me when i have a hard time. I take the max dose of 3 a day when needed. And if its really bad you can always try a saline enema
