Iud and period questions

So I was supposed to start my period this weekend and I have a iud. (6 days late) I normally get periods. But also I had anesthesia on Friday and got my wisdom teeth out. Can anyone give me some ideas of maybe why I’m not getting it? Very confused. Sorta stressed.
