I’m experience hip pain and sort of lower back on one side! I haven’t really had this happen before my period, usually I have cramps in my lower stomach.

I’m using my heating pad and took Advil but it’s been a dull pain all day, anyone get this a day or two before their period ?

Other worry was kidney stones but cause I did have pain in my flank area a bit too but mostly my hip. I have a follow up ultrasound this week from when I had kidney stones 2 years ago..
