My best friend laughed at me, am I right to be upset?

Went to the amusement park with friends. They wanted to play the punching bag game. All my friends played it and I didn’t wanna play but my best friend kept pressuring me to do it even tho I didn’t want to. So I did and got an extremely low score compared to them and she laughed at me in front of everyone and didn’t even try to hide it. She did intentionally. I told her “fuck off you kept peer pressuring me so you can laugh at me knowing I’d get a low score” and she said “no I promise I didn’t”.

She knows I have issues with food making me extremely underweight and weak compared to everyone yet she still chose to laugh (no one laughed except for her). I am hurt. She has humiliated me and laughed at me before and I brought it up and she apologized and promised not to repeat the same behavior. Yet she did it again.

But idk if I’m overreacting I just didn’t like the fact that she laughed at me.
