Hi I'm 6w4d and have my second ultrasound on 1/23. My first ultrasound was on 1/10 at 5w5d but too early to see heartbeat, was able to see yolk sack.

I had some brown discharge earlier and then some pink when I wiped to pee. I just went pee again and wiped and have this? What is this? I am in a panic, crying. I have some cramping in my lower abdomen and back on the right side it's not severe but it's noticeable. I sent a message to my doctor but it's 11pm right now so I won't hear anything until the morning.

Please, I am so scared right now.
