Ovulation question?

I posted 2 days ago my ovulation test and it wasn't positive. Just tested tonight with a clear blue digital test. And results showed a smiley face meaning peak. Im very new to tracking ovulation, so does this mean im ovulating now or in the next 24+ hours? Photo of test strip below. The smiley face disappeared quick on the test lol.

A ovulation test only detects your surge it don’t confirm you are actually ovulating. You should ovulate between 12/36 hrs after your peak. Without using bbt to confirm we don’t know if you will ovulate

It means you got your LH surge. You should ovulate within 12-48 hours but an LH surge doesn't guarantee that you will ovulate. You would need to start tracking BBT to confirm ovulation. It will also tell you how long after your LH surge you actually ovulate. Like for me it's 48-72 hours after a positive ovulation test. Good luck!
