I guess I should prepare myself for the worst?

Super early (3w5d). Had my blood draw two days ago for an upcoming hysterscopy and hcg came back as 60! I'm getting blood drawn again today but just went to the bathroom and I am spotting (yesterday as well but less). AF was suppose to be due on Friday.
