normal hcg??

went in to get labs done 1/11 and my hcg levels were 280. went in again 1/17 (yesterday) levels were 2,309. i believe i was 4 weeks 5 days yesterday . based on confirmed ovulation . are my levels okay? i go back in tomorrow to see if they doubled . i was also at er yesterday when levels were checked and they couldn’t see sac . and wanna watch on it as could be ectopic but i have no symptoms of ectopic at all . i’m 2 months pp, could it have been just since i’m early and they didn’t see sac? they said they seen shadow
