So this is baby number 4 I've always had a hard time nursing. Typically I latch them as soon as they are laid on my chest. Am I doing it to soon? Should I wait so long after being born? If it's not to soon how long should I let them nurse for there very first feed? Would it be to soon to latch on side use the hooka on the other side or is that more for once milk actually comes in?? I really wanna get it right this go around this is my last baby and would like to nurse as long as possible. I will be finding the best IBLC I can and having him checked for ties also.. just looking for advice for when he's born so I'm prepared to help him all I can. Thanks in advance...
