Need help please
I really need to lose about 2stone and tone up, get overall healthier fitter and happier.
I’ve lost 4stone previously however in the most unhealthy way-smoking. Smoking allowed me to eat what I wanted whenever I wanted and I would remain slim.
I gave up smoking over 2months ago and have piled on the weight.
My main problem is a lack of motivation and having a crazy addiction to sweets/cookies etc.
I hate the way I look and hate the way I feel which then creates a cycle of, “I look gross May as well keep eating this crap”.
I’ve downloaded fitness pal to track calories and I can last a couple days before I hit a crazy binge and tell to app to sod off.
I feel so crap but only have myself to blame.
