Looking for some Encouraging stories. Informed of possible miscarriage..

At my initial ultrasound I was assuming I was 8 weeks pregnant. Ultrasound showed the Gestational SAC at 7 weeks 3 days and baby at 6 weeks 2 days (5mm). There was no heartbeat so this with the delayed growth had my doctor inform me of a possible “missed miscarriage”. I took some blood and urine tests and my doctor said that everything is in normal limits. HCG was 108,375 last time we checked (2days after appt). I don’t want to get my hopes up too high but does anyone have some encouraging stories where maybe they experienced something similar? This whole situation has been completely stressing me out and I cant stop thinking about it.
