Hello, everyone! Posting anonymously just because I’m a shy girly 🫣 but I’m a SAHM, husband is a certified electrician and we have two kids under the age of 5. We are currently in rural central Illinois and due to weather preferences and my parents being very elderly and living with us, we are hoping to move south. We have never lived in the south before BUT have always wanted to. My question is this, as far as things like education, quality of life, safety, and natural beauty/forestry, state pride, etc. Where does everyone recommend? What southern state is the best for raising young kids? I know it’s a bit of a broad question, but i want to know what everyone loves about their southern state!
