When did I ovulate?

Started having EWC on CD12 but I didn’t test until CD14. Mild cramping started CD14 as well. Did I ovulate on CD14 or CD15?

After your first positive opk you should ovulate within 12 to 48 hours. Yours was cd14 so you could have ovulated cd15 or cd16. Opks only test for the lh surge that should trigger ovulation not ovulation itself.

With only going off opks, we can’t say when or if ovulation truly occurred, you’d need to be temping (BBT) to confirm. Ovulation day would just be a prediction unfortunately, best to go off first positive.
