Can I hear people’s positive stories about getting late positive opk and it turning into a bfp pregnancy test?

I have irregular periods between 28-49 days ultrasounds is normal and currently waiting for an appointment to see gynaecologist. We’ve been TTC since October which isn’t long I know and I’ve been off the pill since December 2022, I also have a nearly 3 year old who was conceived first month of trying not that this makes any odds this is the first month <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android">tracking ovulation</a> and I’m on CD 16 and opk line not getting any darker will insert picture below.ttc
