Clomid Cycle 1 + OPK Help

I was on Clomid 50mg day 2-6 (PCOSthis cycle and started using OPKs but there was no progression. Yesterday I had cramping on my lower abdomen on both sides though and someone suggested it could be ovulation (I’ve never really had this before). I get home and do OPKs and they bought have the test line darker than the control line (about 5/6pm). Didn’t really feel like BD yesterday so I didn’t get to it till today (about 12/1pm). Now I’m reading that ovulation occurs 4-12 hours after peak and the egg deteriorates after another 12 hours which would put me at a 9am - 5pm window and now I’m panicking that I missed my chance. I didn’t do follicular tracking this cycle because my doctor said not to so I don’t even have any means to confirm. Did anyone have a similar situation and still ended up with BFP?
