For the past two years I’ve had chronic vaginal pain and itching along with chronic utis. I’ve been tested for everything and tried everything. Ive seen over 10 drs most of them don’t even bother to look they just prescribe antibiotics or itch cream 🤦‍♀️ The only thing that ever comes back positive is strep b (antibiotics don’t help this) and mild BV positive but never enough to be considered BV. Now I’m noticing a rash on and off on my vulva. Looks like red freckles or if you took a deep red pen and made little dots all over. My vaginal opening is also “puffy and bumpy not smooth like it use to be before these issues. I’m at complete loss at what else to do and I can’t afford to see another dr. I’m also not sexually active and never have been. I’m planning to see a pelvic floor therapist for pain but that’s months away and probably not the issue. Any suggestions please 🙏
