Period when skipping pill

Alexis • College Sophomore. Raised in the south but meant for the big city. Makeup fanatic. Public Relations/Marketing major.
Does anyone else get the period right after skipping their pill or forgetting to take it? I just started my period again 2 days after forgetting my pill but it's not my normal time to have it. Is this supposed to happen?
