Working out while pregos
Long story short, I have always struggled with weight. During covid I lost 25 lbs got prego and stopped working out. I was literally running 4 miles a days, bikes, hiking a lot...during pregnancy I cut it all off :( Had my baby and lost what I gained by doing weight, boxing and glute classes 4 to 5 times a week. I want to continue with this pregnancy as it helps with stress and body body. Any advice? Im not a fit kinda gal, just active. Want to keep it that way, just scared I may harm the baby. Im currently 3/4 weeks. Talking to my doc in 2 weeks.
