I’ve used Flo to track my periods for the past few years and it’s usually on point (within a day or two) of predicting my period. How accurate would it be with predicting ovulation? I’ve never tracked ovulation before but if my periods are always regular, does that mean ovulation is too? For example, Flo shows my “ovulation day” to be about 9 days after AF ends every month. Please be kind, I’m genuinely trying to learn. TIA!
