So this is my first pregnancy and we went in for our first ultrasound. My LMP was Nov 22, 2023. I had crazy hunger cravings that I ate more than husband and gained about 10 pounds, very gassy and tender breasts. I started getting indigestion and I couldn’t eat like I used to. I don’t smoke, drink, anything like that. Now I started getting the most subtle icky stomach/nausea feelings. My main vice lately has been pickles and pickle juice. Needless to say, we get an ultrasound and they say baby measures 6 weeks and 1 day based on CRL and no heartbeat detected. They said it’s very likely it will not be viable but I will be rechecking my ultrasound on Wednesday to see if there is a heartbeat. The size of the baby and all my dates aren’t measuring up. Pos ovulation on 12/3 to 12/4 and first early very faint positive pregnancy test was 12/14. Anyone ever experienced this?

Thinking about having to take a pill to expel the fetus is terrifying even though there is the very slightest possibility it could be fine. My nurse just gave me nervous vibes.
