Ressurance please
6 weeks exactly, had pink spotting when i wipe intermittently since Wednesday, normally when struggling to poo, and stomach cramps like period pain on & off for a week. Waiting on an appointment at the Early Pregnancy Unit. Anyone had this & all been ok? Feeling so sad and anxious.
