Can you tell me if this could be a positive test? It's not an early pregnancy test, I'm due in 4 days, been cramping through last week and my boobs are painful to touch.. btw im 12DPO and had 2 miscarriages in 2021-2022.. so this would be my double rainbow baby.. thank you ❤️❤️❤️
