I’m a SAHM and my mom just retired, I’ve been looking into and researching starting a children’s smocked boutique. There is Facebook groups that o buy from but no one does it locally where I live. Does anyone know what they use to design their smocked clothing they sell on these Facebook groups or the manufacturers they use? I have found a couple but I don’t know if it’s correct I’m just trying to make sure I have everything in order before we go on this venture.
