Measure small
So I had went to my checkup and my dr told me the babies was measuring 22w and I’m 26w today so I go to my high risk dr Thursday to get a accurate measurement and told me to eat a lot of protein eat even when u not hungry so they can gain weight and he also said they heartbeat are good they are very active but they just small
PLEASE ANY RECOMMENDATIONS ON GAINING WEIGHT SHAKES ANYTHING😮💨
