Implantation bleeding?

I think I may be 8-10 DPO, unsure because I was just diagnosed with PCOS on January 4th, started taking I position 1/9 everyday, my last period started 12/28 and it was for six days. I dont know if the inositol is making my cycle start early, but pregnancy has been on my mind, even when I try not to think about it. Dreams, tv Instagram real lol. I just took this now, didn’t see this in the morning. I usually have heavy flows, and I’m use to starting somewhat light but more then this though. Help.
