TTC with PCOS, ?endometriosis and two miscarriages
I have been having a tough journey to pregnancy.
We have now been trying for 1 year, for the first 8 months actively trying and tracking ovulation nothing happened. Then we found out we were pregnant but it ended in a chemical pregnancy at 5 weeks. Then I got diagnosed with PCOS. 2 months after my chemical I found out I was pregnant again and made it to 10 weeks to find out I had had a missed miscarriage. From this pregnancy’s scans they found 3 cysts on my right ovary, 1 of these being a 5.5cm Endometrioma cyst. From what I have read the presence of an Endometrioma indicates endometriosis and usually a significant amount to cause an Endometrioma. I am booked to see a gynaecologist next week to find out what our next steps should be ?surgery or continue ttc since we have fallen pregnant twice in the past 6 months.
Has anyone had any similar sort of journey and how did you go with trying to conceive?
Thanks xxx
