Had sex Saturday night, it’s now Tuesday lunchtime. Sunday afternoon when I had a poo I had a brown tinge to my cervical mucus in the toilet bowl. Nothing on wiping and nothing in my pants that day, yesterday or today. Today I had another poo and I had a tiny bit of pale pink to my cervical mucus in the bowl. Again nothing on wiping and nothing in my pants. I know I have a cervical ectropion so am thinking it could be from this, or the fact I wasn’t fully aroused when we had sex so could have incurred a little abrasion. But I’m also worrying incase it’s something serious. Am I worrying unnecessarily? My dr said yesterday not to worry if a bit of brown was in my discharge and probably was from sex or my ectropion but now I’ve had the pink I’m freaking out. He said if it was all the time then to contact dr back but he wasn’t concerned. Granted I’ve not had sex recently apart from Saturday but it hasn’t happened previously with sex so am assuming it won’t again.
